Upon agreement of the parties at oral argument, that portion of the order under review which orders Allstate Insurance Company to produce ""any and all other witnesses"" for John B. Legaz' deposition in Dade County, Florida if such witnesses ""represented [themselves as] agents acting on behalf of Allstate relative to plaintiff's claim"" is quashed as being premature. In all other respects, we decline, in the exercise of our discretion, to entertain the petition for a writ of certiorari and dismiss same without passing on the merits of the petition. It is so ordered. SCHWARTZ, C.J., and HUBBART and GERSTEN, JJ., concur.
