Dandamudi appeals from a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis following a jury trial and verdict for both actual and punitive damages against him, and his co-defendant, Professional Care Centers, a corporation doing business as Oak Park Professional Care Nursing Home, hereinafter Oak Park, and in favor of the plaintiff, Alma Hackman on a medical malpractice claim. We affirm.
